A Secret Sense of Rhythm, A Secret Sense of Sin (The Complete ZTT Propaganda) signed CD 9 TALÉ (2012German synth pop Propaganda band formed in Dsseldorf in 1982. They signed with ZTT Records in 1983 and released their first single "Dr Mabuse" in 1984. This was followed by their debut studio album A Secret Wish, two of the album's singles, "Dr. Mabuse" and "Duel", were UK Top 30 hits.
