Warner Records bracht het album uit op 24 januari 2025, als vervolg op Part 1 uit februari 2024. Op het album combineerde Swims r&b, pop, country, rock en soul pop tot een persoonlijk geluid dat de actuele staat van zijn leven weerspiegelde. Onder anderen Giveon, Muni Long, Coco Jones en GloRilla werkten mee aan de nummers.
