These prints are reminiscent of the artists video entitled Printemps, which shows chickens on fire. The violence, which is very present in the artists work, is a confrontation that breaks with norms. According to Abdessemed: Its the world that is violent, not me. Four leaves make up this print, adding a monumental dimension to the violence of the work.
