Description

Sold unframed

Eriksson's paintings often draw on the tradition of Northern European Romanticism

but the binding is fragile and unglued

on show at the Centre Pompidou from 1 July to 19 October

Adel Abdessemed, Hibou, 2016, Edition of 18 La Revue Sold unframedThese prints are reminiscent of the artists video entitled Printemps, which shows chickens on fire. The violence, which is very present in the artists work, is a confrontation that breaks with norms. According to Abdessemed: Its the world that is violent, not me.
