Description

The wine is the aged for 9 months with its lees in French oak barrels

Lots of juicy black fruit on the nose combined with anise and cracked black peppercorns

Having abandoned his plans to become a civil engineer

zesty lime and ripe grapefruit mingle in the nose and mouth

Emilio Hidalgo Gobernador Oloroso Seco Sherry, Andalucia blanc de noirs The wine is the agedFantastic dry Oloroso style, complex and rewarding. The nose has figs, walnut, salted toffee and truffle hints. THis leads to a palate, initially sweetish with hazelnut and milk chocolate, but finishes salty and nutty with great acidity.
