Description

The grapes macerate in oak vats for 8/14 days

resulting in the unmistakable layers of complexity that define Gemstone Vineyard wines

After 8 days fermentation the wine was then basket pressed into some new but predominately older French Oak Barriques for 18 months maturation and then bottled without filtration or fining
