Description

with each variety fermented separately in concrete tanks

subtle candied fruit

nectarine and pear with lovely ginger spice and some savoury

Beautiful Tuscan red in that "mini super Tuscan" mould of Cab and Merlot

Corbieres Blanc Racine 2025, Ollieux Romanis Gift Card with each variety fermented separatelyThis is a lovely Languedoc blend of the old stalwarts Marsanne and Roussanne, but picked on the early side for a lovely sense of freshness and acidity. Pear, lychee and apricot tempered by a pithy grapefruit impression. Great value guzzling.
