Daffy's Small Batch Premium Gin 70cl Bottle Chilar compact palate with a coreDaffy's Small Batch Premium Gin is a Scottish gin that combines traditional distillation with a distinctive botanical focus, particularly through its use of Lebanese mint. Produced by Daffy's Gin, it is made from a French grain spirit and distilled in a traditional copper pot still an approach more commonly associated with whisky production. A slow maceration process is used before distillation, allowing the botanicals to fully infuse into the spirit.
