A striking mineral note drives the lingering finish all the way across the palate

Littorai, `Wendling Vineyard Block E` Anderson Valley Pinot Noir, 2023 (Case) Harslevelu A striking mineral note drivesThis wine has aromatic notes of mocha, baking spices, cherry, and cranberry. This is a brooding, energetic wine which, nevertheless, deftly pulls off a more gentle and elegant finish than one might expect. Its mouth coating tannins are immediately apparent on the palate and a 2019 which will richly reward ageing in bottle.
