Description

long and rich on the palate

The nose is very expressive

Deep coloured wine with notes of blackberries and dried plums

with hints of vanilla and cocoa against a background of dark fruit

Trinity Hill, Gimblett Gravels Syrah, 2021 (Case) South Africa long and rich on theThis Syrah has aromas of wild raspberry, blueberry, cracked pepper and hints of vanilla bean on the nose. Powerful, ripe tannins give the wine great structure. Oak plays a supporting role to the wine's pure fruit expression. This purity combined with refreshing natural acidity means there is excellent potential for ageing.
