dried cherries

delicate Champagne-like bubbles encapsulating the freshness and zing of lime and mango

the nose displays enticing notes of Morello cherry and raspberry entwined with a distinct savoury edge

The flavours reflect the aroma: deliciously juicy and fresh

La Spinetta, Barbera d’Asti Superiore, Ca di Pian, 2024 (Case) Columbia Crest dried cherriesThe Barbera d. Asti Ca. di Pian is a very upfront wine which currently shows a very balanced use of barrique. Ten months ageing succeeds in smoothing out any harsh acidity with the vanilla sweetness of new wood, without compromising the rich, red fruit.
