Brushed Matt Size:A4 Sample and the more narrow proportionsTo produce the uniquely tactile surface of Brushed Matt Oak, a series of steel brushes are applied to remove the soft grain from the top layer the rustic hardwood surface whilst sympathetically following the natural contours of the wide section of oak. The wear layer is then spray coated with coats of clear lacquer. The resulting block is wonderfully tactile.
