Casa Brancaia, Rose, 2024 (Case) Beaune 1er Cru the floral aromas return onAs bright as our rose made from 100% Merlot shines, it also tastes fresh, fruity and elegant. The grapes for this wine with fragrant and floral aromas of white flowers and watermelon come from the vineyards in Maremma. In contrast to red wine, we harvest the Merlot grapes a little earlier, so the alcohol and structure remain light and have a bright salmon pink color. We let the must ferment spontaneously at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks
