Williams Selyem Pinot Noir Terra de Promissio Vineyard Sonoma Coast 2021 Gluten Free Vodka as the typically spicy flavorThis pulls you in with a beautiful array of mulberry, damson plum and black cherry notes, which have lushness combined with underlying tension. Shows ornate anise, rooibos tea and potpourri scrollwork along the edges, giving this superior range and detail. Very enticing now, but I want to see this age a bit. Best from 2024 through 2032. 752 cases made.
