Aviary Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon California 2022 750ml Bourbon 499 cases madeOn the nose you will find generous blueberry fruit with a touch of crushed earth. The mid pallet continues with dark fruit expressions of cassis, some red fruit in the form of subtle strawberry preserves, and just a touch of bright menthol or eucalyptus. The saddle bag and cedar finish, and complete acid throughout, will leave your mouth watering and coming back for more. Always rich and elegant!
