It began almost by chance when surplus Merlot and Shiraz pressings were combined, and has since become a deliberate blend built around Merlot and Shiraz with a small portion of Malbec. Expect a lifted nose of red cherry and subtle spice, with a gentle earthiness adding depth. The palate
