Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot, Macon-Chardonnay `Les Busserettes`, 2024 (Case) Borgo Selene the wine shows beautifully balancedPale lemon in colour. On the nose aromas of stone fruit are married with notes of brioche and almond. On the palate there is a marked minerality, a creaminess from the lees ageing and a mouthwatering acidity carries the flavours onto the lingering finish. As you would expect from this producer, the wine has a Cote dOr sensibility and exceptional balance.
