The teardrop faceted chrysoprase is surmounted with a diamond triple-leaf cap
and this would be as stylish on a ladies lapel as a gentleman's tie
This brooch dates 1905-1915 and is designed as a bar with a diamond and cultured white pearl cluster at its centre
softening the look and emphasising the diamond sparkle
Georgian Gold Cased & Carnelian Seal With Monogram WCC feed-agegroup-adult The teardrop faceted chrysoprase isA wonderful decorative late Georgian c. 1820 seal with gorgeous feather details. On its base is a carnelian engraved with the Gothick initials WCC probably NOT Westminster City Council! It is made of base metal and cased in gold. It would look great on a chain with other seals or on its own as a necklace, or simply as a lovely little treasure.
