Compass Box Delos The Extinct Blends Quartet 49% 70cl 1979 dried fruits and hints ofCompass Box Delos The Extinct Blends Quartet 49% A charming blended Scotch from renowned whisky creator Compass Boss. Delos takes inspiration from vanished flavours and this one recalls Asyla, the gorgeous 2001 release from the blender. Whisky maker James Saxon has worked his magic recreating the spirit of the expression, using American oak Glen Elgin, Imperial and Miltonduff malts, along with Cameronbridge grain. The result is ethereally beautiful.
