The heavier weight creates a visible, textured stitch line with a warm, natural appearance, particularly popular for embroidery on felt and folk style textile projects. For machine use, a 90 14 Topstitch needle with 50wt in the bobbin, or a 100 16 needle with 40wt in the bobbin, is
