We take large slices and added them to a sweet, tangy brine with a few jalapenos for a lovely southern style pickled peach. These peaches have soaked up the sweet and tangy juice and are perfect with a charcuterie tray or as snack with your favorite ham sandwich. We love these giant slices straight out of the jar!
