Martini Bianco Vermouth 15% 75cl 2013 this all consuming rich aromaticMartini Bianco Vermouth 15% A classic for a reason, this Italian vermouth is made using a recipe that dates back to the 1910s. Its botanical bill includes Alpine herbs and vanilla, which are macerated in white wine prior to sweetening and fortification. A stunning drink when simply served over ice with tonic. Tasting note: Theres a real herbal bitterness in with the sweetness, alongside zesty citrus, fresh vanilla, and a floral honey.
