Poitout Chablis 1er cru vaucoupin 2023 Grape_MAVRODAPHNE This blends two traditional CretanA dry white wine from France, made with Chardonnay from the 2023 vintage. Chardonnay is the world's most famous white grape, remarkably versatile, ranging from crisp and citrusy when unoaked to rich and buttery with notes of apple, pear and, when oak aged, vanilla and toast. It's from Chablis, the cool northern outpost of Burgundy famous for steely, mineral Chardonnay. It has the body for roast chicken, creamy pasta or a buttery fish dish. Best
