Clos du caillou Cdp reserve red 2021 Grape_CHARDONNAY de Respide's dry red wine:Here's a dry red wine from France from the 2021 vintage. France is the spiritual home of wine, the place that gave us most of the world's classic styles and the whole idea that where a wine grows shapes how it tastes. The 'Reserva' on the label usually means it's a step up selection given a little extra aging before release. It's happy with grilled meats, pasta and hearty, comforting food. Best enjoyed at cool room temperature.
