Burnbrae Bout Bella Moscato merlot with a lashing of sweetnessRichly perfumed White Frontinac grapes were used to make this sweet joy of a wine. The juice was clarified and stabilised prior to inoculation with an aromatic yeast. The fermentation was arrested when the sweetness and brightness was balanced, and the wine was filtered and bottled cold. With musk, confection and guava notes, the Moscato is crisp and sweet. Served chilled on its own or get creative and make your own Bout Bella Spritz!
