Encostas serpa Encostas de serpa red 2021 Vintage:21 ENCOSTAS DE SERPA RED About the grape — AlicanteHere's a lovely dry red wine from Portugal, made with Alicante Bouschet, Syrah and Touriga Nacional from the 2021 vintage. About the grape Alicante Bouschet is unusual among red grapes for its red flesh, producing intensely colored, full bodied wines with concentrated dark fruit. There's Syrah in the blend too: a bold red grape producing dark, full bodied wines with blackberry, black pepper and smoky, savory notes; it is known as Shiraz in Australia.
