Undisclosed Caribbean Rum 1978 The Whisky Jury Mackillop's Choice Nose: A very interesting aromaUndisclosed Caribbean Rum 1978 The Whisky Jury 56. 6% 70cl A fantastically aged rum bottled by The Whisky Jury from an undisclosed Caribbean maker. Matured for a stunning 44 years, the molasses based, refill cask expression is bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration. A remarkable feat of flavour and oak management.
