Description

As summer progresses

The color is a deep purple red which it holds well before turning a nice crimson for the fall

and then changing to deep blueberry as the leaves turn intense maroons and reds

Young trees have unusually dense branching forming a nice full head

Pinus parviflora 'Azuma goyo' Size:2 gal As summer progressesA classic and highly refined Japanese White Pine prized for its dense, bluish green needles that have a slight silvery twist. Its naturally artistic, tiered branching habit makes it a premier choice for "Cloud Pruning" or as a centerpiece in a meditative garden.
