Palate: A very rich opening on the palate of soft herbal flavours, black pepper, tangy Savile orange, crisp brandy snaps with cream, fresh baked fruit cake, cookies and milk chocolate, cinnamon twists, crispy caramel wafers, a little hint of fresh ginger root.
